Passport: Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.Attach all your old passports (if any)
Kazakhstan Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Delhi.
Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Invitation Letter: Copy of Invitation letter from the Hosting Tourist Company in Kazakhstan, Licensed for Visa Support, purpose and confirming the Arrangements made in the Kazakhstan with Approval Number
Ticket: Ticket Itinerary
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation with approval number.
Financials : Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit cards
Please Note:
a) If your stay in Kazakhstan does exceed more than 5 days then applicants have to register with the local Migration Police.
b) Embassy may ask for Personal Presence.

Health regulation for passengers leaving India:- There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.
