Photo Specification: Three recent passport size coloured photographs with matt finish. Photo should have a close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 60%-70% of the photograph, white background and without border (Size: 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
a) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
b) Two photographs to be pasted on the form and one photo is to be clipped to the passport using a u-clip.
c) On matte finish paper With White background
d) With 80% face coverage, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background
not previously used in a visa
Covering Letter :
a) Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – Addressed to The Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed
Personal Latest updated Bank Statement of last 06 months with bank seal and sign.
Personal ITR of last 03 years.
Previous Australia VISA copies (If applicable)
Aadhar card or Voter Id card is mandatory
If invited by someone (relative/friend etc.), then below 3 documents are also required:
Passport copy and visa copy of invitee.
Invitation letter.
Relationship proof between applicant and invitee.
Occupation proof
In case of Employee – Company NOC with stamp and sign and Pay slip of last 06 months.
In case applicant is the proprietor / owner of the company – Cover letter on company`s letter head , company`s Original 06 month`s bank statement (with bank seal and signature), Company ITR (for 3 years), company memo, partnership deal, establishment license or proprietorship etc. are required.
For student – School NOC + School ID card is required.
If the applicant is retired- Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last 3 months; proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.
Marriage certificate/Affidavit required if names are not endorsed on passports.

Medical Requirement:
Health Insurance must if above 70 years. (ALL PAX ABOVE 70 YEARS TO GO THROUGH MEDICALS).
